Breedon Group PLC - Derby, England-based construction materials firm - Shareholders vote in favour of group reorganisation with new holding company incorporated in England & Wales. At a Jersey court meeting on Wednesday, 94% of votes were cast in favour of the motion, followed by the same margin at a general meeting for the proposed scheme.
