Agronomics Ltd - Isle of Man-based investor in cellular agriculture with a focus on non-animal cultivated meat and alternative proteins - Invests further EUR2 million into Meatable BV through the subscription for 1.197 preferred shares, taking its holding in the Dutch cultivated meat company to 4,752 shares, a 5.7% stake. Agronomics has now invested a total of EUR5 million into Meatable. Notes its holding carries a book value of EUR8 million, representing an unrealised gain on cost of EUR3 million and an internal rate of return of 95%.
