ADM Energy PLC - natural resources investor - Enters cooperation agreement with Dubai-based investment vehicle Dubai Bridge Investments LLC, to source and develop upstream oil & gas field opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa.
ADM will identify upstream oil and gas field opportunities while Dubai Bridge will provide the funding.
