LONDON (Alliance News) - Countrywide PLC on Monday said FMR LLC HAS lowered its stake in the company to below 5%.
Prior to the deal completed on Thursday, FMR held a 5% interest in the estate agent.
Countrywide shares were flat at 7.50 pence each on Monday afternoon.
