Countrywide PLC - estate agent - Says shareholders vote to approve takeover by Connells Ltd. Acquisition is expected to become effective by the end of the first quarter of 2021.
Countrywide at the end of 2020 agreed to an offer by Connells of 395 pence per share, valuing the company at GBP223.1 million.
