DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Fourth Active Energy Director Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Active Energy Group said Chief Operating Officer Matteo Girlanda bought 66,000 shares at a price of 3.2 pence per share on Wednesday.

Following this transaction, Girlanda now holds a beneficial interest in 63.4 million shares, which represents a 9.62% stake in the firm.

On Tuesday, Chairman Michael Rowan bought 160,000 shares, Chief Financial Officer Brian Evans-Jones bought 150,000 shares and Chief Executive Officer Richard Spinks bought 63,000 shares.

"With all four of our directors buying shares in the open market in the past two days, I believe we are sending a clear message to the market of our confidence in our ability to deliver meaningful value to shareholders through the commercialisation of our revolutionary CoalSwitch biomass based drop-in replacement fuel," Spinks said.

Shares in the renewable energy, forestry management and timber processing business closed down 3.1% at 3.10p Thursday.

JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust said Non-Executive Director Richard Huntingford bought 6,000 shares at a price of 866 pence per share on Wednesday. Huntingford's total shareholding was not disclosed. The stock closed up 0.5% at 867.50p Thursday, having risen earlier to 881.00p.

Property investor CLS Holdings said Dianne Whiteley, wife of Chief Financial Officer John Whiteley, purchased 404 shares at 1,527 pence each on Wednesday. Following this transaction, John Whiteley's interest is now 14,000 shares. The stock closed up 1.3% at 1,595.00p Thursday morning.

Close Brothers Group said Chief Risk Officer Robert Slack bought 2,098 shares at 1,318.19 pence each on Thursday. Additionally on Monday Sian Sack, a person associated to Robert Sack, acquired 1,153 shares at 1,313.8255 pence each. Shares in the merchant bank closed up 0.8% at 1,307.81p Thursday.

Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Co said Non-Executive Director Christopher Keljik bought 708 shares at a price of 259.18 pence per share Thursday. The stock closed down 1.8% at 254.50p Thursday.

Stadium Group said Kjell Karlsson, head of its Wireless Business unit, bought 10,000 shares at a price of 81 pence per share on Wednesday. The purchase is Karlsson's only holding after being appointed in May. Shares in the electronic technologies supplier closed down 3.0% at 77.11p Thursday.
