DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Better Capital Founder Moulton Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) -The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Better Capital PCC 2012 Cell said Founder Jonathan Moulton purchased shares in the investment firm in a transaction.Moulton bought 16.7 million shares at a price of 11.02 pence each, totalling GBP1.8 million.Shares in Better Capital closed untraded on Friday, last quoted at 13.00p each.----------Creo Medical Group said that Chief Executive Officer Craig Gulliford and Chief Technology Officer Chris Hancock both sold 480,000 shares in the company. Both Gulliford and Hancock sold their shares at a price of 125p per share, for a total of GBP600,000 each. Gulliford now holds an interest in 609,886 shares, representing 0.5% of the company's total issued share capital, while Hancock holds an interest in 4.4 million shares, representing 3.7% stake. Shares in Creo Medical closed up 2.5% at 168.60p each.----------HSS Hire Group said Maria Bobillo, a person closely associated with Chief Executive Officer Steve Ashmore, acquired shares in the equipment rental firm. In a transaction on Thursday, Bobillo purchased 313,479 shares at a price of 31.9p each, worth GBP100,000. Shares in HSS Hire closed 12% higher on Friday at 35.91p each.----------J Sainsbury said Corporate Services Director Tim Fallowfield sold shares in the chain of supermarkets in a transaction on Thursday. Fallowfield disposed 25,000 shares at a price of 331.29p each, worth GBP82,822. He now holds an interest in 516,066 of Sainsbury's issued share capital. Shares in Sainsbury's closed down 1.9% at 324.20p each.----------Georgia Capital said Chief Executive Officer Irakli Gilauri purchased 34,709 shares in the investment company in two transactions. On Wednesday, Gilauri acquired 31,138 shares at a price of 1,019.51p each, totalling GBP317,455. In a transaction on Thursday, Gilauri bought 3,571 shares at 1,014.74p, worth GBP36,236. Shares in Georgia Capital closed up 1.0% at 1,026.80p each.----------International Personal Finance said Non-Executive Director John Mangelaars purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 234.8p each. Wednesday's transaction totalled GBP58,700. Shares in International Personal Finance closed down 5.3% at 219.80p each.----------U&I Group said Deputy Chief Executive Officer Richard Upton acquired 25,000 shares in the company at 223p each. Thursday's transaction totalled GBP55,750. Shares in U&I closed up 3.1% at 230.00p each.----------Marshalls said Chief Executive Officer Martyn Coffey sold a total of 75,000 shares over two transactions for a combined value of GBP345,608. Coffey sold 39,297 shares at 467p each for a GBP183,517 and 35,703 shares at 454p each for GBP162,091. Shares in Marshalls closed down 1.7% at 451.20p each.----------mporium Group said Chief Executive Officer Nelius De Groot purchased shares in the technology firm in a transaction on Thursday. De Groot acquired 750,000 shares at a price of 6.10p each, totalling GBP45,750. Shares in mporium closed down 2.9% at 6.19p. Following the transaction, De Groot holds 10.0 million shares, mporium said, representing 1.7% interest.----------Standard Life Private Equity Trust said Independent Non-Executive Director Jonathon Bond purchased shares in the company. In a transaction on Wednesday, Bond acquired 11,870 shares at a price of 336.0p each, worth GBP39,883. Shares in Standard Life Private Equity Trust closed dwon 0.5% at 333.00p each.----------Value & Income Trust said Joint Investment Manager Matthew Oakeshott acquired shares through The Coltstaple Charitable Trust, where he is a trustee. The Coltstaple Charitable Trust bought 53,000 shares at a price of 268.00p each, totalling GBP142,040. Shares in Value & Income Trust closed down 2.9% at 267.00p each.----------
