LONDON (Alliance News) - Stobart Group Ltd said Thursday that Non-Executive Director David Blackwood purchased around GBP31,000 in shares through a deal on Wednesday.
Blackwood acquired 29,000 shares at a price of 107 pence per share. Following this transaction, he now holds 44,534 shares in total.
Shares in the aviation, energy and engineering group were up 4.3% at 106.56 pence on Thursday.
