LONDON (Alliance News) - RPS Group PLC on said Non-Executive Director Catherine Glickman purchased 21,500 shares at a price of GBP1.85 per share on Friday last week.
Glickman's holding in the professional services firm following the GBP39,775 deal has not been disclosed.
On Wednesday last week, RPS reported a slight drop in fee income in the first quarter of 2019, slipping slightly to GBP140.8 million from GBP141.9 million the year before.
Although company's performance in Norway and in its Energy division surpassed management expectations, North America and Australia were more subdued. The two more lacklustre regions are expected to improve in the second quarter.
Shares in RPS were flat at 187.00 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
