Petra Diamonds Ltd - diamond mines in South Africa and Tanzania - Non-Executive Director Jose Manuel Vargas buys 915,386 shares at 29.40 pence, worth GBP269,123, on Tuesday last week. Vargas now has 22.1 million shares, a 11.4% stake.

SigmaRoc PLC - London-based lime and limestone products, including building materials - Jan van Beek, set to become chief financial officer, buys 92,000 shares at 68.7p, worth GBP63,240. The purchase represents Van Beek's only holding. He is set to be promoted from deputy CFO to replace Garth Palmer in 2025.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd - oil producer in Kurdistan Region of Iraq - Non-Executive Director Julien Balkany buys 50,000 shares at 113.72p, worth GBP56,861, on September 26. The purchase is Balkany's only holding.
