LONDON (Alliance News) - Kodal Minerals PLC said Wednesday that non-executive director Ismail Emin Eyi had received 2.3 million new shares at 0.44 pence each in lieu of fees.
Following the transaction, Eyi holds a 4.12% interest in the company.
Shares in Kodal closed at 0.425 pence Wednesday.
