DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Grafenia Directors Transfer Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Grafenia PLC Thursday said a group of directors transferred shares at no cost to connected people, leaving their holdings unchanged Tuesday.

Chief Executive Tony Rafferty transferred 1 million shares from his personal shareholding to his wife, Andrea Rafferty.

Finance Director Alan Roberts 220,000 shares to his wife, Patricia Roberts.

Chief Technology Officer Peter Gunning, transferred 342,323 Shares to his civil partner, Paul Ingrouille.

Shares in the printing services company were down 1.2% at 20.00 pence late Thursday.
