DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Earthport CEO's Foundation Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Earthport PLC Wednesday said the Uberoi Foundation, an entity connected to Chief Executive Officer Hank Uberoi, sold 142,329 shares at a price of 43 pence per share Tuesday.

Following this transaction, Uberoi's aggregate controlled interest in Earthport totals 26 million shares, representing 5.44% of the issued share capital.

Shares in the payment services company were down 0.8% 40.44p Thursday.
