LONDON (Alliance News) - Driver Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Bob Laslett bought 130,000 shares at a price of 70.50 pence per share on Monday.
He now holds 200,000 shares or 0.6% of shares in issue.
Shares in the construction consultancy were quoted flat at 70.50p at the close Monday.
