AstraZeneca PLC - Cambridge, England-based biopharmaceutical medicines - Chief Financial Officer Aradhana Sarin sells 9,563 shares at GBP116.12, worth GBP1.1 million, on Thursday last week.

PetroTal Corp - Calgary, Alberta-based oil producer in Peru - Chief Executive Officer Manuel Pablo Zuniga-Pflucker sells 2.0 million shares at average CAD0.67, worth CAD1.3 million, about GBP715,890, from Wednesday last week to Monday this week. PetroTal says the sale is mostly to pay tax due on the vesting of performance share units. Zuniga-Pflucker retains 13.2 million shares.

AJ Bell PLC - Manchester, England-based retail investment platform provider - CEO Michael Summersgill sells 85,000 shares at GBP5.13, worth GBP436,050, on Tuesday. Summersgill retains 508,960 shares, a 0.1% stake.

Carr's Group PLC - Carlisle, England-based agriculture products, including livestock supplements - CFO Gavin Manson buys 44,011 shares at average 149.25p, worth GBP65,685, on Monday. The purchase is his only holding, having joined Carr's in late 2023.

Beazley PLC - London-based specialist insurance underwriter, managing six Lloyd's of London syndicates - Barbara Stuchbery, an associate of Non-Executive Director Robert Stuchbery, buys 6,400 shares at 785.11 pence, worth GBP50,247, on Friday last week.
