(Alliance News) - London listings of Carclo PLC, Associated British Engineering PLC and SafeCharge International Group Ltd all were suspended on Thursday, pending the publication of the financial results.
The technical plastics products supplier Carclo said it continues to work together with its auditors and advisers with the aim of ensuring that its results for the financial year to the end of March are published "as soon as possible".
Meanwhile, engineering consultant AB Engineering said it failed to finalise its statement for the year to the end of March by Wednesday, and therefore requested a temporary suspension of its shares. AB Engineering said it will request the suspension to be lifted following the publication of accounts.
Payments technology company SafeCharge International did not provide any commentary regarding its suspension.
