(Alliance News) - Cadogan Energy Solutions PLC on Monday said Chair Jacques Mahaux has resigned, after just four months in the role.

The Ukraine and Italy-focused oil and gas company said Mahaux will be replaced by Michel Meeus as interim chair. Meeus is a non-executive of the company, and was previously its chair.

Its shares were flat at 2.03 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
