LONDON (Alliance News) - Blockchain Worldwide PLC on Monday said its directors do not know the reason behind the recent fall in the share price of the company.
"Blockchain continues to investigate a number of opportunities which may or may not lead to a transaction and directors will issue a further update as soon as possible," it added.
The company, which was formed to buy a firm in the blockchain industry, listed in September last year as Stapleton Capital PLC, changing its name last January.
Shares in the company were trading 2.0% lower at 4.78 pence each on Monday.
