LONDON (Alliance News) - BioPharma Credit PLC said Tuesday that it has invested USD194 million in a unit of US-based Sebela Pharmaceuticals Inc.
The life science-focused debt investor has closed and funded a senior-secured term loan to Sebela BT Holdings Inc. It has invested alongside co-investors providing USD122 million to the pharmaceutical company.
Key terms of the investment includes a five-year final maturity and a high single-digit floating coupon. BioPharma is the lead investor and collateral agent for the USD316 million loan.
Shares in BioPharma were trading flat Tuesday at USD1.04 each.
