LONDON (Alliance News) - Active Energy Group PLC Wednesday said it has issued 1.6 million new shares in the company after warrants were exercised at 1.25 pence each.
The shares represent around 0.24% of the company's issued share capital.
Active Energy shares closed down 2.6% to 3.72 pence per share on Wednesday.
