DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Zegona Communications CEO Buys 100,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Zegona Communications PLC said Chief Executive Officer Eamonn O'Hare bought 100,000 shares at a price of 105 pence per share on Thursday.

After the purchase, O'Hare holds 2.1 million shares, or a 1.05% stake.

The stock was down 1.9% at 102.00p Thursday.
