LONDON (Alliance News) - Uranium investor Yellow Cake PLC on Friday announced the appointment of Alexandra Nethercott-Parkes as a non-executive director.
Nethercott-Parkes, whose appointment will be effective once due diligence is completed, has over 15 years' experience in private, corporate, and funds administration, said Yellow Cake.
She has "comprehensive" knowledge, the firm continued, of listing rules, EU law, capital markets, and alternative investments.
This new appointment comes as Non-Executive Director James Keating departs, effective immediately.
Shares were 3.4% lower on Friday shortly before midday at a price of 211.00 pence each.
