(Alliance News) - Marketing services company XLMedia PLC said Friday Chief Executive Officer Ory Weihs acquired GBP199,999 worth of shares in the company in a transaction on Thursday.
Weihs - who co-founded the company in 2007 - acquired 327,272 shares at a price of 60.50 pence per share and a further 3,389 shares at 59.00p. Shares in XLMedia were 0.7% lower at 60.05 pence on Friday.
Weihs now holds 6.3 million shares in XLMedia following the transaction, equivalent to a 3.4% stake in the 187.1 million total outstanding issued share capital.
