Xcite Extends Equity Line Facility With Esousa

LONDON (Alliance News) - Xcite Energy Ltd Monday said it has extended the term of its existing equity line facility agreement with Esousa Holdings LLC by three years until July 30, 2017 on the same terms and conditions.

There is an undrawn facility amount of GBP30.8 million, which can be used at the sole discretion of the company.

Xcite shares were Monday quoted at 70.29 pence, up 1.5%.
