LONDON (Alliance News) - Xaar PLC Friday said Chief Executive Officer Doug Edwards bought 12,432 shares at a price of 479.02 pence per share Thursday, more than doubling his holding.
Following this transaction Edwards holds 21,724 shares.
The compnay also said Chief Human Resources Officer Jim Brault bought 721 shares at the same price which is his only holdings.
Shares in the inkjet printer maker were up 4.1% at 510.00p Friday.
