Chair Ian Carter buys 15,943 shares at average GBP6.85, while non-executive directors Tea Colaianni, Rosa Monkton and Robert Moorhead buy 4,518, 1,497 and 4,457 shares respectively at GBP6.63 to GBP6.73.

Iniutin buys 620,404 of the shares from TMT Head of Strategy German Kaplun and 243,243 shares from an unrelated party. Iniutin now is interested in 3.0 million shares, a 10.2% stake, while Kaplun is interested in 7.3 million, a 24.9% holding.
