IN BRIEF: Warehouse REIT investment adviser Tilstone ups stake to 6.5%

Warehouse REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust focused on UK industrial warehouses - Tilstone Partners Ltd, the trust's investment advisor, buys 592,038 shares at average 83.7 pence, worth GBP500,001, on Friday last week. Tilstone now has 27.8 million shares, a 6.5% stake. "This purchase demonstrates our commitment to and confidence in the quality of Warehouse REIT's assets," says Tilstone Managing Director Simon Hope. "Given the attractive return prospects we see in the business and with shares trading significantly below replacement value we see this as a very compelling investment proposition."

Current stock price: 85.33p, up 1.5% in London on Monday

12-month change: down 23%
