Vodafone has won enough shareholder support for its 7.7bn euro takeover of German cable company Kabel Deutschland (KDH) to go ahead.The British mobile network giant has received the backing of more than 75% of Kabel shareholders.It said: "The 75% minimum acceptance condition has been met."The company added that it would publish the definitive tender ratio on Monday but that KDH shareholders who had not accepted the offer could still do so within an additional acceptance period that is expected to start on September 17th and end at midnight on September 30th.
