LONDON (Alliance News) - Vianet Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Stewart Darling bought 30,000 shares at a price of 98 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Darling now holds 63,244 shares representing 0.23% of the total share capital with voting rights of the company.
The stock closed down 2.3% at 94.30p Thursday.
