LONDON (Alliance News) - Volex PLC on Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Daren Morris sold 50,000 shares in the power and data-cabling company on Wednesday at a price of 90 pence per share.
Following the GBP45,000 sale, Morris holds 483,063 Volex shares, equivalent to a 0.3% stake.
On Thursday last week, Volex announced it will resume dividend payments in financial 2020 due to trading "ahead of market expectations", having not paid a dividend since its financial 2012 year.
Shares in Volex closed up 4.7% at 92.44p on Thursday.
