Visum Technologies PLC - London-based provider of video technology for the leisure sector - Says all parties have agreed to end negotiations and terminate a previous heads of terms to acquire Socrates Imaging BV and Socrates Imaging Ltd. This is with immediate effect. Says it remains committed to further mergers and acquisitions activity as previously announced and will provide further updates "when suitable".

Current stock price: 0.55 pence
