LONDON (Alliance News) - Verditek PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Chief Financial Officer Timothy Lord as a director of the company with immediate effect.
Lord joined Verditek as CFO in May 2018. Prior to that, he held a number of CFO roles including at JP Morgan, based in Japan, and Societe Generale, based in France, US and Japan.
"His appointment has brought extensive commercial experience to the company as well as strengthening the financial structure to support Verditek's activities," the company said.
Verditek shares were trading up 0.8% at 6.05 pence each.
