Arroyo is chief marketing officer of Coca-Cola Co, and European Refreshments is a wholly owned subsidiary of the US company.

----------

Napster Group PLC - London-based operator of MelodyVR and Napster music streaming platforms - Hires Emmy Lovell as chief strategy officer, a newly created role, reporting to Founder & CEO Anthony Matchett. Lovell was executive vice president of WEA Europe, part of Warner Music Group.

----------

Danakali Ltd - developing Colluli potash project in Eritrea - Chief Financial Officer Stuart Tarrant resigns to "pursue another career opportunity", having led the process to obtain a USD200 million senior secured debt facility for the Colluli project. Head of Finance Greg MacPherson will take on the majority of Tarrant's responsibilities.
