LONDON (Alliance News) - Utilitywise PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Paul Hailes bought 11,667 shares at a price of 158.275 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Hailes is now interested in 45,001 shares representing approximately 0.06% of the share capital.
Shares in the utility cost management consultancy were down 1.4% at 153.75p Wednesday.
