ULS Technology Signs Two Conveyancing Partnerships In UK

LONDON (Alliance News) - ULS Technology PLC said Wednesday said it signed two strategic agreement with new business partners, one with a "leading" challenger bank in the UK and another with a "top 5" UK housebuilder.

ULS Technology provides online platform for the conveyancing and financial intermediary markets. It didn't name the two partners.

"I am pleased to announce we have reached agreement to launch our conveyancing service with these two strategic partners. In aggregate, these two agreements are expected to increase the company's new instruction pipeline to further expand our share of the UK conveyancing market," said Chief Executive Ben Thompson in a statement.

Shares in ULS Technology were up 0.1% at 64.82 pence Wednesday morning.
