ULS Technology Launches UK Estate Agent Comparison Site

Mon, 08th Jun 2015 07:32

LONDON (Alliance News) - ULS Technology PLC Monday said it has launched estateagent4me, a new free website that ranks the performance of all types of estate agencies.

"estateagent4me, which is wholly owned by the group, is the first of its kind and aims to help sellers of domestic property make a more informed decision about which estate agent to list their property with," the provider of business-to-business platforms said. "The site is currently available in England and Wales and will be launching across the rest of the UK over the coming months."

Sellers can use estateagent4me to compare estate agents, using a number of different performance criteria, including their 'success rate', which is the percentage of properties that have completed compared to the total number of houses listed with that agent, ULS said.

Other performance criteria that will be available on the site include the average time taken to sell a property, how often agents are able to achieve a sale at, or more than, the asking price, the number of properties each agent has listed near the location of the seller's property and the services offered by each agent.

ULS Technology shares were up 1.8% at 57.50 pence early Monday.
