(Alliance News) - TT Electronics on Monday said Chair Neil Carson will resign from his role, due to his increasing external commitments.
Carson, who has joined the company in May 2015, will continue in his duties until a replacement is appointed, the engineered electronics firm said.
Shares in TT Electronics were down 0.4% at 234.00 pence each on Monday in London.
