Triad Group PLC - Godalming, England-based technology consultancy - Appoints Charlotte Rigg as deputy executive chair, effective immediately. Says Rigg has extensive business experience spanning 30 years, running a stud farm and grazing farm, as well as an investment property business. She currently holds 312,000 ordinary shares in Triad, representing 1.9% of the issued ordinary share capital. Rigg was named as a non-executive director of the company in 2020.

Current stock price: 160.66 pence each, up 0.4% on Thursday afternoon in London
