TPXimpact Holdings PLC - London-based IT consulting - Shareholder Dowgate Capital Ltd sells 5.6 million shares in TPXimpact for 230 pence each, totalling GBP12.9 million.
In addition, as part of the block trade, Chief Executive Officer Neal Gandhi has sold 1.75 million shares, and Chief Financial Officer Oliver Rigby 850,000 shares at the issue price.
TPXimpact will not receive any proceeds from the block trade. The shares sold reflects 9.7% of the company's issued share capital.
Gandhi now holds 8.6 million shares following the sale, reflecting a 10% shareholding, and Rigby 4.3 million shares, representing a 5.0% interest.
