Mon, 15th Aug 2022 10:54

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Monday.

----------

AIM - WINNERS

----------

Cornerstone FS PLC, up 30% at 11.70 pence, 12-month range 6.06p-42.10p. The cloud-based payment provider names James Hickman as its new chief executive officer, effective from September 12. Most recently, Hickman was chief revenue officer at Dublin-based fintech business, Fire Financial Services Ltd. Previously, Hickman was chief commercial officer at AIM-listed Equals Group PLC for nearly five years

----------

Velocys PLC, up 12% at 5.81 pence, 12-month range 4.00p-17.94p. It expects a US climate bill to be a tailwind. The bill will support financing for the firm's US sustainable aviation fuel reference project. Congress gave final banking to a climate and health care bill, handing President Joe Biden a boost.

----------

Eckoh PLC, up 5.1% at 43.10 pence, 12-month range 37.00p-63.88p. The London-based secure payment and customer contact products says order wins in the first quarter of financial 2023 were "substantially higher" than the first quarter of year prior. It wins a two-year contract worth minimum USD1.3 million with an unnamed "global" hotel.

----------

AIM - LOSERS

----------

TP Group PLC, down 20% at 1.50p, 12-month range 1.20p-6.50p. The consulting firm reports a widened pretax loss in 2021. Pretax loss widens to GBP8 million in 2021 from GBP3.3 million the previous year.

----------

CT Automotive Group PLC, down 19% at 120.00p, 12-month range 114.00p-180.00p. The Portsmouth, England-based maker of custom interiors for cars says its UK manufacturing facility has become loss making, hitting its first half gross margin by USD1.7 million. "The board has therefore taken the decision to cease the UK manufacturing operations, which accounted for 5% of group revenues," CT Automotive says. It says revenue in the first half of 2022 amounts to USD55 million, ahead of board expectations.
