LONDON (Alliance News) - Tangent Communications PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director David Steyn bought 250,000 shares at a price of 8 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Steyn now holds 550,000 shares, which represents 0.20% of the voting rights.
The stock was trading at 7.85 pence down 1.9% Wednesday.
