LONDON (Alliance News) - Tangent Communications PLC Thursday said Oliver Green, son of Chairman Charles Green, acquired 170,455 shares at a price of 8.8 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Michael Green holds 83 million shares, representing 29.61% of the voting rights.
Shares in the marketing platforms and services company were down 1.1% at 8.78p Thursday.
