LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC said Thursday that its portfolio company LeTote Inc has recently completed a USD15 million equity financing round, which has resulted in an around USD620,000 uplift in the fair value of TMT's investment in LeTote.
LeTote is a San Francisco-based fashion rental company that delivers clothing and accessory to customers on a subscription basis.
The uplift in fair value is equivalent to 2.2 cents in additional net asset value per TMT share, the company said.
Shares in TMT were untraded Thursday morning at USD1.76.
