LONDON (Alliance News) - TP ICAP PLC said on Wednesday that Chairman Rupert Robson will retire at the end of 2018.
Robson joined the board in 2007 and has been chairman since 2013.
The company is seeking a new non-executive chairman to succeed him.
Robson commented that it was timely for him to retire as the interdealer broker is halfway through its integration with former ICAP voice broking businesses.
Shares in TP ICAP were down 0.5% at 421.90 pence on Wednesday Morning.
(Sharecast News) - TP ICAP reported a 4% improvement in revenue on a reported basis to ?1.83bn in its final results on Tuesday, or 1% at constant currency.
