LONDON (Alliance News) - TP ICAP PLC said on Wednesday that Chairman Rupert Robson will retire at the end of 2018.
Robson joined the board in 2007 and has been chairman since 2013.
The company is seeking a new non-executive chairman to succeed him.
Robson commented that it was timely for him to retire as the interdealer broker is halfway through its integration with former ICAP voice broking businesses.
Shares in TP ICAP were down 0.5% at 421.90 pence on Wednesday Morning.
(Sharecast News) - TP Icap updated the market on the final quarter of 2020 on Thursday, reporting that while trading volumes continued to be subdued during much of the three-month period, it was expecting revenue for the full year to be 1% lower than the prior year.
