(Alliance News) - Stenprop Ltd on Tuesday said Neil Marais, director of its subsidiaries Stenprop (Swiss) Ltd and Stenprop Trafalgar Ltd, sold shares in the real estate investment trust.
In a transaction on Friday last week, Marais disposed of 23,468 shares at a price of GBP1.28 each, worth GBP30,039.
Stenprop shares closed 1.6% higher in Johannesburg on Tuesday at ZAR25.50 each, while in London, the stock was down 0.4% in late trade at 128.00 pence a share.
It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Marais holds following the sale.
