(Alliance News) - Property investor Stenprop Ltd on Wednesday said Executive Property Director Julian Carey, as well as his wife, sold then bought shares in the company last week.
Last Friday, Carey sold 15,749 Stenprop shares at 127 pence and 15,874 shares at 126p, for a total value of GBP40,002.
On the same day, he purchased 15,713 shares at 127p for GBP19,987, and his wife Rebecca bought 15,751 shares at 127p for GBP19,999.
Stenprop did not say how many shares either Carey or his wife hold in the company following the transactions.
Shares were 0.4% lower in London on Wednesday afternoon at 121.00p each. In Johannesburg, they closed flat at ZAR25.60.
