(Alliance News) - Property firm Stenprop Ltd on Monday said an associate of a director has sold shares worth GBP63,500.
Stenprop Non-Executive Director Patsy Watson is a beneficiary of the Swallow Trust, which has an interest in Millicent Ltd.
On December 20, Millicent sold 50,000 Stenprop shares at a price of 127 pence each. Stenprop did not say how many shares the vehicle now owns, if any.
The stock was untraded in Johannesburg on Monday, last quoted at ZAR23.52. In London, the shares were untraded at 129.38 pence each.
