Spirax-Sarco Engineering PLC - Cheltenham, England-based thermal energy management and pumping - Starts a consultation with trade unions regarding the financial underperformance of its Chromalox manufacturing facility near Paris. It is part of its Electric Thermal Solutions business. Considers the consequences of the underperformance, including the potential closure of the site. Says the consultation has no impact on any other company facility in Europe or elsewhere. Leaves its 2022 guidance unchanged.
