(Alliance News) - Quartix Holdings PLC said Wednesday it has promoted Technical Director Laura Seffino as chief technology officer with immediate effect.
Seffino is now responsible for the group's technology, strategy and development.
In addition, the vehicle tracking systems supplier said Chief Financial Officer Daniel Mendis has assumed additional responsibilities for the operation of the company, and has become chief operating & financial officer.
Seffino has been part of Quartix for a year since 2018, and prior to that was part of 1Spaital PLC for 17 years from 2001 to 2018, leaving as head of Software Delivery.
"I am delighted with the progress that both Dan and Laura have made in their roles, and these promotions reflect the contribution that they, together with the broader operational management team, are making to the successful development of the business," said Chief Executive Officer Andy Walters.
Shares in Quartix Holdings were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 315.00 pence in London.
